Does refresh firefox lose tiles pinned on new tab
My Firefox is slow to open. And I get a message "refresh firefox" But no amount of web-searching will tell me if this action will lose my tiles pinned on new tab. Can anyone help me with this? It took me so long to arrange the sites I wanted on new tab, that I'd rather put up with the slow start than start over.

Hi wilts43, the list of pinned sites is stored in a file named prefs.js in your profile folder. After a refresh, you will get a new prefs.js so Firefox will not have your pinned sites list.
After the Refresh, you can go into a new folder called Old Firefox Data on your desktop and find prefs.js and do some copy/pasting to recover your list. This thread involved that scenario:

Does FF open a lot faster when you Restart With Add-ons Disabled? (Under Main Menu > Help.)
List all your Extensions, Active and Inactive.

Could you use the solution in the other thread, or do I really need to paste it here?
