When will the broken print preview be repairded in v44

more options

After the 44 update the print preview will no longer print a webpage as the prior version did. The settings are portrait, shrink to fit and the return is page one has no data, page 2 has data but not all and page three no data. Same page in IE returns five pages and all the data. This is a feature I use on a daily if not hourly basis and having it not work is very frustrating. I had a coworker test it. He had Firefox 41 and the print preview on the same page I was trying worked beautifully. As soon as Firefox updated to 44 he could no longer print preview either. It is not printer specific, I have access to numerous printers and it is same not matter what printer is chosen.

There are certain style rules which cause Firefox to keep the content together on one page and that can cause problems like this. Perhaps a new one has joined the problem list in Firefox 44.

Can you give a link to the problem page for further diagnosis? (Assuming no login is required.)

One old workaround that might help is to select all (Ctrl+a) then go directly to the Print dialog (Ctrl+p) and click Selection in the print range section of the dialog. Page breaks may slice through lines of text or images when printing a selection, but it still might be the easiest way to get the content.
