I asked a question a few minutes ago, I set up an account and when I received the email I did what it said, when I came back to this sight it said everything checked out, then a few minutes later it says oh we have a problem, please help me.

The original question was that I cant' update firefox because it says I have to delete Surf Canyon which isn't even listed under my programs on my computer. I am really getting frustrated.
