Can Imported Bookmark File, Located @ Bottom of Firefox Bookmarks, Be Deleted ?

Once you import them, Firefox will save them into the current profile. So, that file is no longer needed unless you want to keep as a backup. If you are real concerned about it, you can rename the file or move it to a removable USB drive or something and see what happens.
