Firefox ESR old version vs new version
Please I would like to know Firefox ESR old version is for large organizations like universities and businesses? Please I would like to know Firefox ESR new version is for small businesses?

If you mean with old ESR version 78.xx.0 ESR and with new version 91.xx.0 ESR then there is no difference when it comes for what kind of businesses it is aimed at. Firefox 78 is reaching end of life and 78.15.0 will be latest 78 ESR and 78.15.0 ESR will followed up by Firefox 91.3.0 ESR.
