Disappearing text etc after latest update. Mouse-over often appears
Since update version 59.0.1 (64 bit), display of webpages acting strange. When I go to certain webpages, only a few things display and other text is the background color. If I drag mouse over it, then often it will display. Happens on first or other tabs. When I go to safe mode, not a problem. Turned off all add-ons & extensions, restarted, and still had problem but not in safemode. Attaching an screenshot of a partial displayed window.
Very frustrating

- Options/Preferences -> General: Performance
remove checkmark: [ ] "Use recommended performance settings"
remove checkmark: [ ] "Use hardware acceleration when available" - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/performance-settings
Close and restart Firefox after modifying the setting to make the change effective.
