I do not see my chat box on my website and I have went on Firefox option menu and made a exception to this website and still do not see the chat box on my website.

I recently updated my site with chat and do not see it... I have refreshed and deleted browsers and still will not pop up... The company I am using the chat from says they see it on their end. in several browsers including firefox. I am using bontact
