Whilst trying to save a profile, I accidentally restored an old one. Now I cannot access the emails and settings. Are they stored somewhere, or completely deleted when restoring a profile?

Chosen solution

When you replace one file with another, what usually happens when an old profile is restored (especially when the accounts are the same). Then you have replaced your mail with another version. You olny option are your personal backups, Thunderbird does not store any information in "the cloud"
