When I go to my bank account I can get into it ok, but when I go to the page where I want to trnsfer accounts it does not work right, I contacted Chase The page ios working right they said it might be the browser, It probaly is because I didn't have the problem before foxfire I was using msn any help/ thanks Bob Brown

Hi,

A general step you could try is to consider the Reset Firefox feature via Help (Alt + H) > Troubleshooting Information, though this may not help if the pages have been fashioned in a non standard way for particular browsers and there are code incompatibilities. You can also try IE Tab + or IE Tab to open problematic sites inside Firefox.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
