Windows 11 audio notification control
Does anyone know how to get rid of the audio control applet in the Windows 11 notification area? This thing is super annoying and has a bad habit of not going away even after closing Firefox. I have been forced to log out or reboot to get this thing to disappear.

You can try to disable:
- Settings (Options/Preferences) -> General -> Browsing: "Control media via keyboard, headset, or virtual interface"
- media.hardwaremediakeys.enabled = false

I see what you're talking about... The 2nd screenshot turns the widget off.
