how do i delete a Mozilla folder? i am admin and it says no
i have a Mozilla folder that wont allow me to delete it even thou am admin. i have two keys in the registry of that wont allow me to delete it even thou am admin.Mozilla. i have tried to uninstall Mozilla and reinstall, no result.

What they also recommended her is to use CCcleaner to clean any that were not found.
If this also happens with other registry keys, please consider the windows help forum for adding the Admin account to registry editing permissions. (ex. https://social.technet.microsoft.com/.../regedit-permissions-access-denied-or-error-while-deleting-key-even-as-admin?forum=w7itproinstall)
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.
While in Windows Safe Mode;
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. Linux: Check your user manual.
Look for, and rename any Mozilla or Firefox folders by adding .old to them.
After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner. If all goes well, remove the OLD folders when you are done.
I have uninstalled Mozilla several times, using Iobit uninstaller also.
CCleaner I have used a lot of times to as well as combinations.
The registry has an empty Mozilla folder it won’t allow me to delete. I assume that some program somewhere on my pc is using that empty Mozilla as an entry or passing through channel.
They have done like a mixed Trojan-malware attack on me trying to control my pc remotely, so maybe that helps to see the whole picture.
AVG Pc Tuneup finds the below HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mozilla
Every time and deletes, cleans its.
In the program settings: empty key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mozilla
In the program settings: empty key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MozillaPlugins
I cannot find any of these keys nor files on my pc, and the Mozilla folders/files found I am not allowed to delete says SYSTEM. I am admin so that is wrong.
I have used:
Malware antimalware
Several antivirus programs for scanning
Kaspersky root scan
Iobit software pograms
Ccleaner
AVG PC Tuneup
+ some more programs …
So thanks anyone if you know anything of what this can be.
My keyboard is writing letter+number and some letters are missing, so the program settings for my start-up is messed up and so is my keyboard settings.
This is the bigger picture somehow linked to Mozilla, probably the browser they used remotely to mess up my pc.
If you really want to delete these keys then you should be able to do that by changing the permissions of this key, but there shouldn't be a reason to remove these empty sub keys as they are used by Firefox to locate plugins (there is also one for extensions).
i tried changing the permissions of the keys , it didn't work, and now there is no permissions at all,

You would have to make yourself owner of the key to be able to modify or delete this key, but you should be cautious with editing the registry as there is no undo and changes are applied immediately.
Developer of such software usually have their own mind about what is right or wrong and what they say may not always be good advice. Other software can use this key to install extensions globally (installLocation="app-registry") as you can read in the MDN articles I linked above and I wouldn't be surprised that AVG uses this themselves to inject extensions in Firefox.

i have tried to make me the owner of the key looping around but i didn't fix that?
other software: what you said about AVG is interesting, i will give it a a try by uninstalling all AVG first and then try to delete Mozilla in the registry.
i have a hunch 'some other program/software' uses the empty key so what you said sounds logical based on what i have been testing and doing. thanks
