Thunderbird forwards mails to an old address, which bounces back as undeliverable
After I receive an email, I get an email saying that it was forwarded to an old email address and was undeliverable. I did not set up any forwarding option. This is what appears: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
[email protected]
Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain translegal.com by translegal-com.mail.protection.outlook.com. [213.199.154.23].
The error that the other server returned was: 550 5.4.1 [[email protected]]: Recipient address rejected: Access denied

The recipient should contact his or her email provider. There is nothing you can do about this.
The problem appeared out of nowhere. What email provider am I supposed to contact?
