Hi Butzi,
Do you have a keyboard? Tapping ALT should bring the menu bar up.

Hi Butzi,

Firefox has a couple different ways to clear the cache:
(1) Options dialog
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) History menu
"3-bar" menu button (menu bar) > History > Clear Recent History
Click Details to expand the list and uncheck the boxes for types of personal data other than cache. Also check the time range at the top of the dialog to make sure it covers the period you want.
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
Any luck?
By the way, Firefox's full screen view may hide the menu and toolbar area. You can switch between full screen and normal views using the F11 key.
The Alt totally worked - thanks!
Glad it worked. :)
Check out jscher2000's posts for some alternative ways to clear your cache using the menu button.
Got it the cache all cleared - thanks!
