real player download video is not working in firefox v29.0.1 what should i do?
I have firefox v29 and real player download is not working. What should i do. It is enabled and realplayer options are correctly set

Most of the times after the release of a new Firefox version, add-ons may become incompatible. It's up to the developer to address these issues and update it accordingly. You can contact the developer from their add-ons page.
You can try to contact RealPlayer support to see if they have any fixes
You can also use an alternative to RealPlayer (if you are using it to download videos). These are web based and I'll provide a few extensions as well

thanks for the help. went to real player and they suggested installing Realplayer v16, which i have done and the downloader now works. Good, helpful reply. Thanks
