Menu toolbar disappears when Firefox is opened and it is NOT in fullscreen mode (Macbook)
Every time Firefox is opened the Apple menu toolbar disappears. Have tried entering and exiting full screen mode on Firefox but nothing happens besides a white strip where the menu bar would be.

Try to remove the Firefox plist file (org.mozilla.firefox.plist).
