Normally advice is to use the latest version of software because it is best for features and importantly security. In the case of Flash player there are issues that both Flash & Firefox developers are looking into. These affects Firefox on Windows, when used with FlashPlayer 11.3 Without going into unnecessary technicalities my current personal suggestion is # Do you have RealPlayer installed, especially with Recording/downloading functions, if so please say so (That also may involve known issues) # Try the latest version, released yesterday.
