error msg for email (worked until 1 wk ago) "cant access, no portal"
My internet provider is embarq. My email address is through embarq. It comes up on homepage when I start. When I click on email I get error msg that says cant access because I dont have portal. I can access if I use Internet Explorer. Firefox is only browser I run. It worked without a glitch until 7 days ago.

Please also try after deleting the cache and cookies: Tools (Alt + T) > Clear Recent History, choose Everything in Time range to clear and Cache and Cookies under Details and Clear Now. Clear Recent History
