How do i get the menu-field back? Now there is nothing, just my page and the field where you close firefox..
By mistake i choose to not show the bookmarkfield and addressfield and toolsfield... how do i get them back when i can´t see the tools-field?

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
