Ok, every time I create a new folder, I have to manually configure it to sort by unthreaded, because that is the way I want to see it and there isn't a option that I am aware to make it default.

On the other hand, when I use the Open Message in Conversation, I want to see the threaded messages, and that was the way it behaved. However, since the update to Supernova, the messages in the conversation are shown unthreaded and with the most recent first by default.

Why? Is it possible to configure it to work well again (i.e., the way it worked before)?

You can change the default for new messages by these steps: - settings>general - scroll down to config editor - enter mailnews.default_view_flags and change value to 0

Thank you very much. It solved this particular issue.

Any similar tip to revert the default Open Message in Conversation window to the original format (threaded and in chronological order from older to newer)?
