I am away from the office and want to check emails for:

However, when I went to set up a firefox account on my laptop, it wanted to send the verification email to, [email protected]

Unforyunately the power and internet are down at the office, so I set up this Firefox account where I can get the verification code, but I want to log in to that other email account . . .

Can you HELP me ?!

Do you know the web account address for your email? That is, who hosts your email? That would define the server information necessary. i presume there is no webmail offering for the account?
