I don’t want a manifesto I want a person not a bot not a url not an intern nor a community cheerleader I want actual support does it exist?

Thunderbird is not really a Mozilla product anymore as they have been generous in providing a place for the Thunderbird community to provide support to Thunderbird users for some years now.

Even Mozilla does not have the resources to have the call centres that would be needed to provide one on one support by email, chat or phone for their desktop Firefox web browser and not to mention Mozilla's other products. It is generally the paid for software that you can get one on one support for because you well paid for it.

I do not do spend time doing Thunderbird support myself. Also Mozilla does not use any bots on this forum in any way.
