The error message below come up when trying to open a PDF attachment. This only happens when trying to open the attachment before sending a message. Messages that have been sent or received we are able to open the PDF attachment. I have deleted the Preferences in the settings for PDF type files many times and still unable to open a attachment. It's important to be able to open a attachment before a mail is sent to confirm the document is correct Please assist.

C:\Users\Russell\AppData\Local\Temp\nsmail.pdf could not be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist. Change the association in your preferences.
