Due to my system issue my windows was reinstalled and I along with that all the apps on the PC was reinstalled. But, after I logged on back to my Firefox account the bookmarks i made earlier is not there. I'm unable to restore it. please help me restoring it..

When you logged back into sync, the servers may have thought your data was changed and also changed the data on the servers.

Is the same data on another device? If so, Do Not Sync until you are told how to do it safely.


Step 1; Delete the old sync account. Step 2: Create a new sync account using the device that has the data. Step 3: For safety, turn off sync on that device. Step 4: Sync your other device(s). Did it work?
