Hello, i use firefox since a very long time and since few months i have to use Chrome becose FF is freezing after opening. 1 - to be open and display google > 10sec 2 - sometimes, randomly i've got shorts freezes of 4 or 5 secs (FF is freezed like "not respond" but i can still move my mouse but i cant clic or select items on page on in FF interface

I've already unstall all addons/plugins. Clear cache with ccleaner. Check secucirty with Avast. Install x64 FF version (it's worst than x86).

So i use Chrome, it's ready after 2sec, very faster compare to FF. Even for web pages, it's really really faster!

You don't really need to solve my problem but you should know that FF is not good as it was.

This sounds familiar. In case you do want to see your Firefox issue resolved (and notice Chrome isn’t really faster at all ;) , you could:

  1. Start by uninstalling both Shockwave Flash players, since both Flash versions 18.0 r0 and 26.0 r0 are listed in your reported setup,
  2. Disable HTTP Scanning in Avast’s Webshield component,
  3. Start a new session in Firefox instead of (perhaps) always opening with the last set of tabs and windows (Session Restore) and restart it once,
  4. Either perform a Firefox Refresh, or start Firefox with a new profile and recover important data from the old profile afterwards.

Please report back if anything helped.
