MY PC died so I am now trying to get back my Firefox bookmarks. I forgot my username and password and put in what I thought it was, however I am worried I may have overwritten my old account because when I ask Firefox to help me with what my old username and password is, they will not reply. I realise I could have backed up my bookmarks (just found that page) but oh for the gift of hindsight. I dont know how to retrieve my bookmarks. I had so many important ones. Dont know what to do.
