Mozilla Thunderbird version: 38.1.0 Folders lose their customized configuration setting options.
On two occasions now, Mozilla Thunderbird version: 38.1.0 loses its customized folder configuration setting options. Thunderbird all of a sudden goes into a no operation mode & then all of a sudden all of the folders listed on the left side pane disappear. Then after about 4 minutes, they return, but all of the customized folder configuration settings that I have applied to suit my purposes has been lost. I then have to manually start all over again & manually reset the above folder options to how I want them. This is a pain & a waste of time. Any ideas on how to prevent this from occurring in the future?

Still In Windows safe mode, start thunderbird in safe mode - http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/safe-mode
Does problem go away? Please reply to let me know results.
