A bug occuring in Facebook just the past few days. Don't know if it's you or them.
Lately every time I try typing a post in Facebook and the drop-down box of links to people or pages I may want to tag appears it causes Firefox to freeze and crash. It happens the majority of the time without any out-of-the ordinary causes, but if I use the arrow keys to scroll back to correct a typo or what-have-you then it will freeze everything without fail. It's been making use of Facebook and likewise the browser in general very difficult the past few days. I don't know if it's actually Facebook or Firefox that is bugged, but I'll send them this message too. Also, I took a screen shot of it in action (or lack thereof) if you're interested, but it's not like there's much to see. This problem happens regardless of how many or few tabs I have open, and same with background processes on my computer.

Can you pull up your crash reports?

I've only been having the problem the past few days and looking at my crash reports, it looks like they haven't all been logging? Here's the only two reports for this month. I've never done this before, so here's two different things that look like what you're looking for for each of the two problems.

This makes it look like it's Flash/Shockwave related. If you can tell me how to motivate my computer to collect more of these crash reports, I can easily instigate the problem to get more data.
Yup, it's Flash. Your system details shows you have Shockwave Flash 12.0 r0 but the current version of Flash is 13.0.0.182. Try updating Flash to see if it goes away
Let me know if updating works. If not, try to disable hardware acceleration
To disable hardware acceleration in Flash Player:
- Go to this Adobe Flash Player Help page.
- Right-click on the Flash Player logo on that page.
- Click on Settings in the context menu. The Adobe Flash Player Settings screen will open.
- Click on the icon at the bottom-left of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window to open the Display panel.
The image "fpSettings1.PNG" does not exist.
- Remove the check mark from Enable hardware acceleration.
- Click Close to close the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window.
- Restart Firefox.
This Flash Player Help - Display Settings page has more information on Flash Player hardware acceleration, if you're interested.
I tried downloading the latest version of Flash. Then completely closed out of Firefox and restarted it and the problem has survived. I disabled that hardware acceleration a few months ago because all of my Youtube videos had become blank green walls with good sound. I just checked to see if it reset with the update, but it did not, so that's not it. I'm going to restart my computer now in case there are other changes that will need a full reset to take effect.
Thanks for your help and attention in this matter, by the way.
