Popupsads always appear in left upper screen corner, Firefox ver 17 - "http://techblog4uonly.blogspot.com - Laura's Computing Blog - Mozilla Firefox"
Ad popups appear in the uppermost left-hand corner of the desktop screen every time I start Mozilla Release 17.0 and are blocked from redirecting me to another website. The source address of each is, as the subject states: http://techblog4uonly.blogspot.com - Laura's Blog - Mozilla Firefox.
These do not close until Firefox closes, and then sometimes persist until I use Task Manager to force them closed. Going to the site blogspot.com takes me to https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=blogger&passive=1209600&continue=http://www.blogger.com/home&followup=http://www.blogger.com/home<mpl=start#s01 The site http://techblog4uonly.blogspot.com takes me to Laura's Blog, and her address is [email protected]. I do not recall giving Laura Polock permission to embed script on my home computer. I don't find a way to gracefully put this, but if she is not generating ad revenue by desk-spam, then who is? If she has been hijacked, then who better to tell her than the community she hopes to serve with identity protection - and that is one of her offers.

I did update Firefox and am running ver 21, but those popups keep occurring. I can select to close the popup ads, but how is LaurasBlog able to do these popup ads? She is doing this from her Google account.
