my msn email will not load completely on firefox 15 using windows xp sp3
Love firefox. Everything has worked quit well until the last couple of days. Now I am having this problem with my msn email not loading. I am running windows xp sp3. Not sure if firefox updated it self to 15 in the last several days. My email works just fine on my laptop with windows 7 and firefox 15. Also I tried my wife's msn email on the desktop with windows xp sp3 and it does not work either. The emails start to load, it looks like it loaded, but when I click on another email it will not switch, it just shows, in the lower left corner of the window, in a yellow box loading.... I access the email from my msn home page.

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
1. Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server. Any difference? If not...
2. Clear Firefox's Cache Completely
orange Firefox button or Tools menu > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
3. If needed, remove your live.com cookies in this dialog (save any work-in-progress first)
While viewing a page on the site, right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

Thanks I followed your instructions and it seemed to help. I also ran Melwarebytes to clean out any adware or spyware.
