Looks that the history isn't saved or has been deleted.

• Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the Browsing History.
• Make sure that you do not run Firefox in Private Browsing mode (Tools > Stop Private Browsing is grayed, see Private Browsing - Use Firefox without saving history)

Thanks for your reply. Already have done all that, recent history still is not being stored, I set privacy settings to remember history also, but it's not.

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

Note that deleting places.sqlite will remove all history. Firefox should restore the bookmarks from the most recent JSON backup in the bookmarkbackups folder.

clearing history does not clear anything. Still have July, August, September history, will not store recent history, I have windows 7, I think that has something to do with this.
