I have a slim window of firefox opend on the side when working on e.g. OneNote. The problem lies within the zoom of firefox, wich causes half of the page not to be visable. Is there a feature to rezise pages to fit the width of the window (or a practical command using .css files)? And preferably only if the window is too small, if it is to big, it shouldn't zoom in.

Thanks in advance!

Firefox remembers the zoom level on a per-site basis, so if you zoom out on OneNote, that won't affect sites on other servers. You can use the zoom controls on the main menu, or use the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl + to enlarge
  • Ctrl - to reduce
  • Ctrl 0 to reset to your default zoom level set on the Settings page

(There also are zoom buttons you can add to the toolbar using Customize: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars)

You might also want to research whether there are any add-ons that can "wrap" the content of a page to a narrower width when it has been designed for a wider width, without having to make the text very small. Since brute force layout changes may make the page less convenient to use, it probably would need to be something designed to work with the site.
