Firefox crashes all the time
I have been having major problems with Firefox. It constantly crashes when I open certain sites, when print from some non processing sources. It even crashed with I followed your instructions that I found online about crashing to go to the Menu & Help & About Firefox. It crashed when I clicked on About Firefox. I have the updated version & I have uninstalled & reinstalled numerous times, but nothing fixes the crashing problem. I am going to have change my default browser unless there is a solution to this problem. Please contact me & advise me how to fix this. It is very frustration. Thank you.

I did that & I have already done many of those things. I did a few more, but I dont think it solved the crashing problem. I have two more problems: 1) the Firefox Privacy notice tab keeps automatically opening a new window in the browser. Even when I close it, it reappears again. How to I stop that? 2) the main menu does not appear at top of the browser about the open tabs/windows. It only appears if I hit the F10 Key & then it disappears right away. How do make be there whenever Firefox browser is open? thank you.

I have had numerous crashes too. I do not have any crash reports, my Applications support/Firefox/Crash Reports folder only contains an empty folder. I do have screenshots of one crash reflected in Browser console, attached here.
I am running Firefox at the moment and have a few errors showing in the Browser: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80520001 (NS_ERROR_FILE_UNRECOGNIZED_PATH) [nsIXPCComponents_Utils.readUTF8URI]" nsresult: "0x80520001 (NS_ERROR_FILE_UNRECOGNIZED_PATH)" location: "JS frame :: resource://gre/modules/L10nRegistry.jsm :: this.L10nRegistry.loadSync :: line 759" data: no] L10nRegistry.jsm:759:19

Hi fostererrol
Could you please create a new thread for your question.
Wow, after reading all the posts and the answers to it, i realize that mozilla Firefox, is not optimized.I have a common use of Firefox so i don't understand . please Take some times to fix the code , give us a distributable product that works. I don't have these crashs problems with any other browser so ,the problem just can't be the consumer configuration.
kind regards
Hi davidjefjef
If you have encountered crashes then could you please create a new thread and, if you have submitted crash reports, please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that start with "bp-".
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the report ID of recent crash reports on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page.
- click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.
Alternatively you can open about:crashes via the location/address bar.
