This is not something that would be linked to Firefox for Android. I recomend that you contact your internet service privider for help with this issue.

Hi ReneeBreede, the Firefox browser you posted with appears to be out of date. I think normally, you would get Firefox for Android updates through the Google Play app. Could you check to make sure that's still working?
