If you using Window10 it will use the last printer or printer setting job. That is something W10 does now. Otherwise it is a printer driver software error. Did you uninstall and reinstall the printer driver/software to see if anything changed?

These particular PCs are Windows 7. I have not tried this on windows 10 although I imagine the issue would be the same. I have loaded the driver separately at least 4 different times on multiple win 7 PCs. The 3x1 format will continue to print with no issues, however once I attempt to render the 8.5x11 job afterward, it still remains in 3x1 format both in the preview and when printing the actual job. If I move to any other software ie., Chrome, Word, jobs render correctly depending on whatever printer I choose. I have also now cleared all the print setting in the config file for Firefox and it will print 8.5x11 correctly until I try to print a 3x1 label again, in which case it gets stuck in that format again.

Did you also uninstall the printer driver completely before reinstalling them to see if any problems from install?

Try to reset the print prefs on the about:config page.

It has been completely uninstalled and reinstalled from at least 2 separate sources.

I did this also, it will temporarily go back to the standard 8.5x11, however as soon as I print 1 3x1 label, it gets stuck in 3x1 format again for everything and will not change to any other size when selecting another printer. Even attempting to print to a pdf format document, it formats it in 3x1 format.
