sync password not accepted

Hi all.

just trying to setup sync between the desktop and my android browsers and i made a sync account and when i try an log in, it says my password is not accepted. i am using the options in the browser sync menu to try this.

i have changed it several times and it is still not accepted.

when i log into sync via the browser, my details work fine.

can anyone please assist.

Hi there

i wiped my account and tried again and still no luck.

even though my password is correctly spelt, it will not accept it.

tried several times and no luck.

using firefox 24

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem.
