I have a website set as my tab start page, but I want to change it back to about:blank. How do I do this?

The link to the website is http://www.searchnu.com/102?tag=newtab, and it annoys me because I have never heard of it before and I do not intend to use it but every time I open a new tab it pops up in my face.

Hi ArkTickCircle,

Go to Firefox > Preferences and you can select "show a blank page" from there.

Hope that helps!

There is a possibility this is related to a search bar or other software now installed on your computer. If that is the problem you may find it slightly less straight-forward to make the change and may be interested in the following answers and articles

Also you are using an old, outdated, obsolet version of Firefox. Please do an upgrade
