Is that a pinned tab ?

Do you see this tab in the Tab Manager (List all tabs; Down arrow at far right on the Tab bar) drop-down list and close it from there ? Can you close this tab via the right-click context menu ?

Do you see it while Firefox is in Safe Mode?

Does it show anything when you hover or click on it?
