ATTN: Rendering Issues
I'm having rendering issues. When I try to go to "Help" and "About Firefox" to update the browser, the window I get doesn't allow me any detail to execute this option. This also happens when I try to download something. The pop-up opens up with only a slit visible.

For the download, does it look like a Windows 7 dialog to choose a folder for the download? Those usually can be expanded by dragging down and right on the lower right corner. Alternately, double-clicking the title bar may maximize the dialog.
The "About Firefox" dialog doesn't have a resizing handle. I don't know why that not have its full height unless Firefox is struggling with a low screen resolution or super-high magnification?

This is what it was. My right-click "Take Screenshot" obviously didn't work to show this, but that's what happened. I've since upgraded, which seems to have fixed this issue. But I'm not having other rendering issues, including what's screenshoted below that shows what happens when I do an image search on Yahoo! It loads the first few dozens thumbnails, but the other's don't show up.
I realize I have a very old OS, but if there is a way for me to work around these rendering issues, that'd be greatly appreciated.
Do you have the same issue if you do the image search on Bing? (I believe Yahoo re-brands Bing results for its search pages so the results should be the same.)

No, I don't have the same issues. But the Bing rendering system doesn't appear to be the same as Yahoo's in any case.
BTW, any tips on getting around virtual memory issues with this latest version of Firefox. My sessions last for maybe an hour or two, now, before I'm forced to close out the browser due to rendering bugs which make the browser completely unusuable.

For graphical glitches, try disabling Firefox from using hardware acceleration. This is a potential workaround for incompatibilities between Firefox and your graphics card/chipset driver software. This article describes where to make that change: Firefox's performance settings. This will take effect the next time you exit Firefox and start it up again. Any difference?
Since hardware acceleration improves the appearance of fonts and animations, you may want to check whether graphics card/chipset driver updates are available for your system. This article suggests safe ways to do that: Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL.
Happening, again.
