Torrent download open or save

when downloading torrent it used to ask open or save the torrent file, now it automatically downloads, it doesn't ask open or download anymore. How to get back that option again? Help anyone

Version 98 rewrote the application actions. That means you have to reset them. Settings > General > Applications.
