There are many posts here calling out that Firefox for Android is lacking a true history search. I echo those concerns, but have a different issue sadly.

One of the previous strengths of Firefox was a very good, thorough return in the address bar of history results. On Android, if I search for a string like "youtube", I get exactly four results when I know I've been to that URL hundreds of times with different pages and if I search for a different string related to another youtube video, it'll show up. This is VERY incomplete and if you test the comparative functionality on Chrome, it's significantly better. Why are the search results so incomplete?

I'm incredibly concerned that the experience for Firefox for Android has continually gotten worse, it's as if the developers are completely unaware of how end users work with their app.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers. If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.

Thanks a ton for the reply, oddly wasn't aware of that judging from the other support questions on this site. Will submit an issue with them, thanks!!

No problem, I hope that helps.
