so when i have fullscreen on, i can't see the minimize, maximize or close button which before the latest update or the two last updates maybe i could see when i just hovered my mouse to the top of the website i could minimize and maximize or even close if i wanted to even in fullscreen mode, now i have to get out of fullscreen mode to do that and i was hoping i could possibly change that some way or another i checked other posts but they were mostly from 6-7 years ago and unrelated to my issue

This is a regression bug (#1745189; fixed for 96) that happens if the Menu bar is visible in regular mode and you should be able fix it for now by hiding the menu bar in regular mode.
