firefox is not syncing

Hello. I'm using sync feature to sync bookmarks between my home PC and laptop. home PC is running on Win 7 and laptop is on Win 10. Since certain day my firefox sync have stopped working anymore. I tried logging out and back in, disconnecting and reconnecting devices, resetting firefox account password. I've ensured that both firefox installations is up to date (version 71.0 (64-bit) at this moment). about:sync-log usually shows a bit different log each time i'm trying to sync. never mind, this node of firefox sync is hosted on ip address 34.212.82.196 which is getting banned/blocked by russian authorities: https://reestr.rublacklist.net/record/1690298/

hi, there seems to be a network error when trying to connect to the sync servers - maybe something on your network is blocking it. what's happening when you manually try to load this url: https://sync-765-us-west-2.sync.services.mozilla.com/ ?

can you try taking your router/modem off power for a moment and then reconnecting it again?
