we download thunderbird setup the different accounts, everything works fine, we close thunderbird all the working accounts no longer exist, =repeated this six time same results what is the solutions running Max OS Mohave

no this response ius not related to our situation thank you just the same
Why is it not related? Both you apple, both have to recreate accounts after every start. Both more than capable of not getting the install right as described in the link. The only two people I have sen that fall into this exacts grouping.
Did you actually check you are not starting Thunderbird from a shortcut?
