How can I send a tab from Firefox on my desktop or Android to another user's Firefox, either on the desktop or Android? I don't want to sign out of my Firefox account or require the other user to sign into my account.

There is "Email Link" that you can find in the "Page actions" drop-down list (3-dot icon at the right end of the location/address bar). You can right-click an item in the "Page actions" drop-down list to add its button to the location/address bar for easy access.
