Unable to send mail and ISP is unable to resolve the issue

Recently moved my website from GoDaddy to HostGator and have encountered numerous setup problems. Presently able to receive mail, but unable to send. Mail provider is HostGator; ISP is HostGator; Antivirus is Kaspersky 18.0.0.405(h), [which did not affect whether on or off]; OS is Win 7, 64-bit; TBird version 52.8.0 (32-bit). Send failure flag whether port 25, 26, 110, 456. SMTP server given as mail.austincadworks.com.

I WILL SUBMIT THIS WITHOUT THE IMAGE AS AFTER WAITING FOR 15 MINUTES, MOZILLA SUPPORT STILL HAS NOT FINISHED UPLOADING A 118KB SCREEN CAPTURE.

Thanks, Amy, but after SEVEN hours with HostGator tech support, I grew weary and the next day did some scrutiny on my own and resolved the SMTP issue.
