I "REFRSHED" Firefox. Now many operations are compromised. HOW DO I UN-REFRESH MY BROWSER ??

I have SUCCESSFULLY used Firefox in tandem with Kaspersky for several years.

This morning I "REFRESHED" Firefox at the suggestion of a note across the bottom of the browser window that said something like "Firefox seems slow to load. Would you like to REFRESH Firefox to fix this problem?"

My last enquiry regarding my inability to access Google was answered with a statement "unfortunately this issue will be caused by kaspersky security software on your device tampering with secure connections."

UNFORTUNATELY, I CAN NOT ACCEPT THAT. The fault lies in the REFRESHED version of Firefox.

Since my last enquiry, i have found several other problems such as Amazon is impossible to use and my bank's website resets before loading.

This is unacceptable. Please resolve this internal conflict or UN-REFRESH my browser.

Thank you.
