mozilla won't open- crashes

mozilla has been working for years on this computer yesterday i got a message from my godaddy acct that java script is disabled and it cant open. It was enabled. I uninstalled and reinstalled Java and mozilla several times trying to fix the problem. no help.

today mozilla will not open- crashes before opening. I have uninstall and reinstalled, restarted computer multiple times. Did a clean install, created a new profile (firefox did open one time after a restart- with new profile, but then crashed again)

i can not get into safe mode.

please help

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
