Can I move the Minimize, Restore and Close buttons plus the the Firefox symbol and description of which tab I'm on to the Menu Toolbar?

On the attached I want to put the top line of the screen - the one that starts with the Firefox symbol and then carries on with Ask a Question | Mozilla Support - Mozilla Firefox on the same line as File Edit etc

And I would recommend not having the Menu Bar showing all the time. You can hit the Alt key when you want to access the Menu Bar.
