Firefox keeps trying to download attachment from deleted Gmail message

I received a Gmail message with an attachment that failed to download. The message was deleted from Gmail. Now everytime I open Gmail, Firefox tries to download that file (and of course, it fails). Screenshot attached.

Suggestions?

Disable automatic downloads from these settings: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/advanced-panel-accessibility-browsin...

It could also be an issue with the profile. Please see if this happens in a new profile by using the Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
