i am unable to setup thunderbird to work with this email provider-- tesco.net-- webmail.topaz.syncor.com/zimbra/mail
thunderbird installs but does not install to the email provider keep getting messages unsafe and will not go futher am using win7 sp1 and firefox browser the email worked on my previous isp but will not work on my new one,seems to take along time to find anything on the find provider,but the same screen keeps popping up, invalid certificate and unsafe. and will not connect, have tried all that i know and understand.

Some ISPs fail to update their certificates when they should. Certificates have expiration dates. If you trust your ISP, it is probably OK to accept (and store) the exception on that one. Then you should get a connection.
